Matthew C. Boulton has actively represented injured clients throughout Indiana since 1996. His practice concentrates on matters involving serious personal injury, including wrongful death. Matt's experience includes managing all phases of injury claims, including discovery, witness preparation, dispute resolution and trial proceedings. He focuses on detailed preparation in serving his clients' interests throughout the litigation process.
He is a graduate of Indiana University, B.A., and Drake University Law School, J.D. Matt has completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Trial Skills Seminar, and is admitted to practice in Indiana, and before the Federal District Courts of Southern and Northern Indiana.
He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Matt lends his time to Legal organizations in various roles such as speaking at educational programs, as well as serving as a judge for competitions.
Matt is actively involved with the IU Alumni Association and currently serves as President of the Central Indiana Chapter. Matt is a dedicated IU fan and enjoys cheeringon the Hoosiers with his wife, Lara, and young sons, Andrew and William. He also coaches youth basketball through the Jordan YMCA and enjoys the opportunity to pass along his passion for basketball to his sons and their teammates.
