GREENWOOD, IN - Authorities in Greenwood alerted motorists to an accident that was affecting traffic on Thursday afternoon.
A post on X by the Greenwood Fire Department shortly before 4 p.m. stated that a vehicle crash had occurred on Madison Avenue in the area of Wiley Street.
The southbound lane of Madison Avenue was blocked, and drivers were advised to seek alternate routes while the scene was being cleared. The incident was under investigation by the Greenwood Police Department.
