Tim Burns
Tim Burns currently serves as the State Bar Association's President of the Social Security Disability Law Section, a group of 65 members. As President, he holds meetings with group members to discuss changes in the Agency's regulations, as well as effective advocacy before Administrative Law Judges.
Tim brings over 10 years of experience practicing law in the area of Social Security disability and has argued before the Seventh Circuit numerous times. Tim has conducted Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations about Social Security disability law. Tim is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Prior to law school, Tim previously worked for the Indiana Department of Disability Determination.
Jameson Young
Jameson Young has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (a Thomson Reuter Corporation) in the following years: 2009, 2011, 2013-2019.
Jameson has practiced law for over 15 years, and has been an attorney at Keller & Keller since 2012. He is currently recognized as a Top Administrative Law Attorney by Super Lawyers. Jameson is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Jameson has presented CLE sessions about Social Security disability law to other attorneys.
Nick Lavella
Nick Lavella has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for consecutive years from 2016-2022. Nick has practiced law for over 10 years. In addition to representing Social Security claimants, Nick assists individuals with Long Term Disability claims against private insurance companies. Nick has presented multiple CLEs about Long Term Disability and Social Security Disability Law issues. Nick is listed as a Top Rated Social Security Disability Attorney by Super Lawyers. Matt Richter
Matt Richter serves primarily as Keller & Keller's Appellate Attorney, and has argued before the Seventh Circuit numerous times. In addition, Matt has successfully argued hundreds of cases in the U.S. District Courts resulting in remanded hearings for his clients. Matt has presented CLE sessions, particularly about Social Security advocacy in District Court. Matt is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR).
Lori Craig
Lori Craig was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for consecutive years from 2018-2022. Lori has been an attorney since 2015. Lori graduated law school with Cum Laude honors. Lori has served in leadership roles within the Morgan County Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR).
Eric Farr
Eric Farr has experience supervising the Intake Department of Keller & Keller. In addition to this leadership role, he represents claimants in disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges, as well as writing comprehensive briefs to the U.S. District Courts. Eric is a member of the State Bar Association's Social Security Disability Law Section and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Eric graduated from law school in 2014, and while in law school, he participated in Moot Court and the Dean's Tutorial Society.
