ALBUQUERQUE, NM - An accident was causing traffic delays on Interstate 25 in Albuquerque during Thursday morning's rush hour, according to the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
The DOT reported the crash in an alert on NMRoads at 7:50 a.m. It happened on I-25 northbound at mile marker 223 at Gibson Boulevard.
The two northbound left lanes were closed on the interstate while emergency crews responded. Drivers were advised to proceed through the area with caution and expect delays while the wreck was being cleared.
