ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Police were called to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident in northeast Albuquerque on Monday afternoon, KOAT reports.
A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle at about 3:45 p.m. in the vicinity of Broadway Boulevard and Lomas Boulevard NE.
Southbound Broadway Boulevard was closed off to traffic for the accident investigation, and drivers were advised to take alternate routes.
There was no immediate word regarding the driver and vehicle involved in the collision as police continue to investigate.
