Motorcyclist injured in collision with car in Brady Township

BRADY TOWNSHIP, MI - A car and a motorcycle were involved in a collision in Kalamazoo County on Tuesday afternoon, reports WOOD.

According to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office, a driver was making a left turn from E. TU Avenue onto S. Sprinkle Road in Brady Township at about 3:45 p.m.  The vehicle collided with a motorcycle operated by a 61-year-old Vicksburg man.

The motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital with what were reported to be critical injuries.  The driver of the car, a 42-year-old Scotts man, was not injured in the crash.

Authorities shut down the intersection for about two hours for the crash response and investigation.
