Randall L. Juergensen
Partner, Managing Attorney
A leader among plaintiffs’ attorneys, Randall Juergensen is a skilled courtroom advocate who has tried more than 100 cases to verdict.
Randy grew up in Benton Harbor, Michigan and attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, graduating with High Honors. He went on to Wayne State University in Detroit, where he earned his law degree.
Returning to his home town, he began his career doing defense work, but was drawn to the field of personal injury, where he quickly found a niche. Randy feels his defense background helped prepare him to represent clients against insurance companies.
Randy also served as a City Commissioner in Benton Harbor from 1983-1986. He contributed to the legal profession as a mediator in Michigan, evaluating cases and helping the two sides reach a resolution of their dispute.
His tenure at Keller & Keller began in 1998, more than 50 years after the firm was founded by George S. Keller, and carried on by Jack and James Keller.
“George was still practicing at the time. It was the end of his formidable career,” said Randy, who also came to know George’s son, Jack Keller, as an honest and creative advocate for his clients. “I looked up to him for his integrity and he’s always been an inspiration to me. It was an honor to know him and my admiration for him has only grown over the years.”
Randy helped the launch of Keller & Keller’s Indianapolis office and has made the city his home for the past 16 years.
During this time, he helped James Keller with the firm’s expansion into Albuquerque, New Mexico. Randy is licensed to practice law in three different states in three different decades: Michigan (1981), Indiana (1998) and New Mexico (2007).
His legal excellence has earned him accolades among his colleagues. Randy is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a measure based on peer review. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2005 by Law & Politics and his name is regularly included among “Best Lawyers.” Having recovered more than $1 million for his clients, Randy is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
A board member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), Randy has delivered presentations on trial strategy before the group. He also belongs to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Indianapolis Bar Association, as well as the Michigan State Bar, Indiana State Bar Association and the State Bar of New Mexico.
Randy has lent his time, talent and support to community and civic organizations, including the Nature Conservancy, Lambda Legal, the Humane Society and the FACE Clinic.
An avid runner for more than 25 years, Randy has competed in more than 25 marathons, including the 100th Anniversary of the Boston Marathon in 1996, and several ultra-marathons. Randy can often be found running the trails at Eagle Creek Park or kayaking there.
At home, he keeps chickens and koi fish, along with his three terriers, Pi, Ollie and Mina.

As a seasoned attorney with the law office of Keller & Keller, Dan views the courtroom as a place where everyday people can meet massive corporations on a level playing field.
Dan grew up in a rural area of southern Ohio. After High School, he lived in Brazil for a time, where he learned Portuguese. After returning home, he attended Wright State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2007. Dan then attended Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating in 2010 with honors once again, magna cum laude. Along the way, he was a semi-finalist in the Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition, was a member of the Order of the Barristers, and competed in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law moot court competition.
Dan joined the law firm of Keller & Keller in 2011, focusing his practice on personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, wrongful death, and automobile no-fault law.
In his short career, Dan has already established a reputation for winning cases and earning positive outcomes for clients:
- Dan won two six-figure settlements for a South Bend, Indiana client involved in two separate collisions, despite a preexisting condition.
- In 2012, he won a verdict on behalf of an injured client from Plainwell, Michigan who was hit by a car and ejected from his motorcycle.
- Dan overcame a motion to dismiss to recover compensation for a Watervliet, Michigan client who required surgery after being injured by faulty concrete at a cemetery while attending a funeral.
In his career, Dan has established a reputation for winning cases and earning positive outcomes for clients. He believes in the legal process and trusts a jury of peers to achieve fairness and justice, regardless of the power, money, or influence of the parties involved.
Dan is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the Michigan Association of Justice.
When not practicing law, he enjoys playing golf, visiting the shores of Lake Michigan, attending college football games, and coaching his kids’ sports teams.

Matt Parker
Attorney
Matt Parker is a personal injury attorney in Keller & Keller’s Michigan office. He assists clients throughout all phases of representation with his primary focus on case evaluation and intake. Matt is licensed to practice law in the states of Michigan and Indiana. He is an active member of both the Michigan Bar Association and the Indiana Bar Association.
Matt was born and raised in Northern Indiana and he received his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. After graduation, Matt spent several years working throughout the country in the business sector. This experience enabled Matt to fine tune his communication and negotiating skills, both of which are extremely valuable when working with clients and pursuing settlements.
Matt continued his education at the University of Toledo. He earned his M.B.A and graduated with honors from the College of Law in 2012. While in law school Matt was a member of Law Review and he assumed leadership positions in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and the Public Interest Law Association. Additionally, Matt was awarded multiple public service commendations from the University of Toledo for his volunteer work with Legal Aid of Western Ohio.
Outside of the office, Matt enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family. He is an avid sports fan who consistently argues, regardless of merit, why the Denver Broncos will win the Super Bowl and why Notre Dame will win the national championship.
Matt has always believed income should never be a barrier to competent legal representation. He was initially attracted to work for Keller & Keller because of its Zero Fee Guarantee. After being involved in a major accident himself, Matt fully appreciates the trauma which can accompany an automobile accident as well as the frustrations of dealing with an insurance agent on your own. He constantly reminds himself and his clients of Charles R. Swindoll’s words, “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” Let Matt and Keller & Keller’s experience react for you.
