ALBUQUERQUE, NM - A hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in northeast Albuquerque is under investigation by police, KRQE reports.
The incident happened Feb. 21 on Lomas Boulevard near Stanford Drive. Police said the pedestrian was crawling in the roadway at about 11:30 p.m. when they were struck by a vehicle going west on Lomas Boulevard. The driver did not stop to help after the collision.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead after being taken to University of New Mexico Hospital.
