1 critically injured in hit-and-run on SE side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says one person was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Saturday night.

According to WXIN, the incident was reported as a personal injury crash at about 8:55 p.m. Officers were called to the scene in the area of East Southport Road and Little Oak Lane on the city's southeast side.

They found that one victim of the accident was in critical condition. No further details have been released on the circumstances of the incident or the driver being sought.
