A Collaborative Approach to Referred Cases

While we prefer to be retained as soon as possible, we accept referrals at any point in the lifecycle of the case. However, the sooner we’re involved, the more impact we can have at every step, including pre-litigation strategy, any necessary trial prep, and settlement negotiations.

In addition to our ability of successfully adapting to the particular circumstances of a case, we consistently exhibit a partnered approach when handling a referral. This means that no matter the level of involvement you wish to maintain, we extend an open line of communication throughout the case so that you may request updates, ask questions, or express any additional concerns.
