ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 40 in Albuquerque on Saturday morning.
In a Facebook post., Albuquerque Fire Rescue said it was dispatched to the scene of the crash on I-40 west near the exit for Coors Boulevard at about 9 a.m. Crews arrived to find a travel trailer had rolled over with two people trapped in a van.
It took about 30 minutes to extricate the driver due to the damage to the vehicle. Both occupants of the van were taken to the hospital with what were reported to be significant injuries.
