CASS COUNTY, MI - A collision in Cass County Friday night sent four people to the hospital, including an infant.
A report by MLive.com states that two vehicles crashed in Jefferson Township, at the intersection of M-60 and Dailey Road. An investigation by the Cass County Sheriff's Office found that one of the drivers was headed south at about 7:42 p.m. and did not yield the right of way to a westbound vehicle on M-60.
The driver of the first vehicle, a 24-year-old woman from Osceola, had a baby in a rear seat who was properly restrained. The baby was taken to a South Bend hospital but did not appear to be injured.
Three passengers in the other vehicle, ages 33, 30, and 28, were taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. They are all residents of South Bend.
