FISHERS, IN - A crash caused major delays along Interstate 69 heading towards Pendleton during Wednesday evening's rush hour.
According to an alert from WIBC Traffic at 5:29 p.m., the accident happened on northbound I-69 about a mile and a half before State Road 13. The right lane of the interstate was shut down and traffic was stopped going back to 126th Street in Fishers.
The backups stretched for a total of about five and a half miles, and drivers were advised to seek alternate routes.
