Bristol man critically injured when motorcycle crashes into sign

ELKHART COUNTY, IN - A motorcycle accident in Elkhart County, Indiana on Saturday left a man critically injured, according to the Goshen News.

The wreck occurred in the vicinity of Indiana 15 and County Road 112 at about 6:30 p.m.  The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office said a man riding a 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound went off the right side of the road, entered a ditch, then crossed County Road 112 and struck a stop sign.

The motorcyclist, 37-year-old Matthew King of Bristol, was flown to South Bend Memorial Hospital.  He was not wearing a helmet at the time the crash occurred, the sheriff's office said.
