KALAMAZOO, MI - A car crashed through the front window of a Kalamazoo coffee shop on Sunday afternoon, MLive.com reported.
The accident happened at Five Lakes Coffee on West Main Street just before 1:30 p.m. The shop's general manager AJ Evenboer said the driver involved had driven onto the curb to avoid colliding with another driver going the wrong way on West Main Street. The first driver went up a snow bank and then through the shop's window.
Evenboer said the table was empty near the window where it happened, and added that no store patrons nor either of the two drivers were injured.
The coffee shop was open for business the following day after the window was boarded up.
