Crash blocks center lanes on I-69 in northeast Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - An accident caused delays for drivers on the northeast side of Indianapolis during Thursday evening's commute.

The crash, reported by WIBC Traffic at 4:50 p.m., occurred on southbound Interstate 69 at 96th Street. Two center lanes of the interstate were blocked, and traffic was stopped past 96th Street. Delays of at least 33 minutes were reported during the accident response.
