SHIPROCK, NM - The New Mexico Department of Transportation said a vehicle crash was affecting traffic in San Juan County on Monday afternoon.
The accident happened on U.S. 491 southbound at mile marker 95 2 miles north of Shiprock, according to an alert on NMRoads at 4 p.m. Emergency services responded to the scene and were working to clear the area. No injuries were immediately reported.
