Crash involving pedestrian closes southbound lanes of Coors Boulevard

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Drivers were alerted to an accident affecting traffic in a portion of southwest Albuquerque on Tuesday night.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office reported the incident at 7:52 p.m., saying that the crash involved a pedestrian.  No details were released on the victim's condition.

All southbound lanes of Coors Boulevard SW were closed at Gun Club Road SW while BCSO deputies were conducting their investigation.  Motorists were advised to seek alternate routes until the scene was clear.
