PIKE TOWNSHIP, IN - An accident involving a Pike Township school bus sent two students to the hospital on Tuesday morning, WRTV reported.
The crash took place in the vicinity of 56th Street and Lafayette Road on the northwest side of Indianapolis. 39 Pike High School students were on board the bus at the time, and two of them were transported with minor injuries. Two people from other vehicles also sustained minor injuries.
The remaining students who were not hurt were released to school district representatives
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
