Crash shuts down lane on Interstate 465 in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The Indiana Department of Transportation alerted drivers to a crash affecting traffic in Indianapolis on Friday morning.

According to a post by INDOT TrafficWise at 11:50 a.m., the accident happened on Interstate 465 at mile marker 48.8 between Interstate 74 and South Arlington Avenue.

The right lane of the interstate was shut down at the end of the ramp from I-465 in both directions to I-74 eastbound while the scene was being cleared.
