CARRIZOZO, NM - Drivers were alerted to a crash affecting traffic in a portion of Lincoln County on Tuesday night.
The New Mexico Department of Transportation posted a notification about the incident on NMRoads at 9:20 p.m. It happened on US 380 at mile marker 71, 5 miles east of Carrizozo.
Delays were expected through the area. Drivers were advised to slow down, watch out for emergency personnel, and seek alternate routes while the wreck was being cleared.
