BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM - Deputies with the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office were on the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident on Thursday morning.
According to a traffic alert from the BCSO at 7:37 a.m., the crash happened on New Mexico 337 at the 15 mile marker. Details were limited, and there was no immediate word on who had been killed in the incident.
The sheriff's office said northbound and southbound New Mexico 337 were closed off to traffic while first responders investigated and managed the situation. Drivers were advised to avoid the area.
