HAMILTON COUNTY, IN - A fatal crash shut down a portion of Interstate 69 in Hamilton County on Friday morning, according to WIBC Traffic.
The wreck, reported at 7:21 a.m., involved a semi-truck. No details were immediately available on who had been killed. Northbound I-69 was shut down at Exit 205 for State Road 37.
Drivers were advised to expect an extended closure as the investigation by the Indiana State Police could last several hours. An alternate route was recommended using State Road 37, 146th Street and Campus Parkway before returning to I-69.
