LOS LUNAS, NM - The Los Lunas Police Department issued a traffic alert following a fatal crash on Wednesday morning.
In a post on Facebook at 8:23 a.m., police said the accident occurred on Interstate 25 near mile marker 209 just south of exit 203. All lanes of southbound I-25 were shut down at Isleta Pueblo while New Mexico State Police investigated the crash. Heavy traffic delays were expected in the area.
No details were immediately released on the person killed.
