Man, 38, killed in accident on southeast side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Police were called to the scene of a fatal accident on the southeast side of Indianapolis on Saturday night, WISH reports.

One man died in the incident, and was identified as 38-year-old Kevin Dias. No details were released on what led to the crash, which occurred in the area of South East Street and Woodhill Drive at about 9 p.m.

Drivers and pedestrians were advised to avoid the area as the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department conducted its investigation, which is ongoing.
