CARLSBAD, NM - A man has been charged in connection with the death of a bicyclist in Carlsbad last month, reports the Carlsbad Current-Argus.
18-year-old Isiah Grijalva of Loving was arrested for the May 27th incident. According to investigators, Grijalva was driving a Mustang in the 1200 block of West Church Street sometime before 10 p.m. when he struck the bicycle rider.
