KOKOMO, IN - A driver was rushed to the hospital following a minivan accident in Kokomo on Tuesday evening, police said.
WTHR reported details of the crash that happened in the 3400 block of North 00 East West near East West/Washington Street.
Investigators determined that a man behind the wheel of a Chrysler minivan drove off the side of the road sometime before 6:45 p.m. The vehicle then crashed into a tree and rolled over.
The driver, a 28-year-old man from Kokomo, was extricated from the van. He was flown to a hospital in Indianapolis, where he was listed in critical condition.
