TIPPECANOE COUNTY, IN - The Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly motorcycle accident that took place on Sunday afternoon.
According to WTHR, the incident happened in the area of Jackson Highway and West 350 North in Montmorenci shortly after 3 p.m. Investigators determined that a motorcyclist went off the side of the road while trying to negotiate a curve on Jackson Highway. The driver was ejected from the bike, and was found dead in a wooded area.
The victim was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Authorities are awaiting toxicology results for the driver as part of their investigation.
