Multi-vehicle accident slows traffic on west side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - A serious crash was reported to be impacting traffic on the west side of Indianapolis on Tuesday afternoon.

A post by WIBC Traffic at 4:24 p.m. said that multiple vehicles were involved in the wreck on Interstate 465 northbound, just past the Interstate 74 interchange. One of the cars was inverted after the collision.

Two left lanes and the right shoulder of the interstate were blocked, slowing traffic going back to Crawfordsville Road.
