COCHITI, NM - A motor vehicle accident disrupted traffic for drivers in Sandoval County during Wednesday morning's rush hour.
The New Mexico Department of Transportation reported the incident on its NMRoads web site at about 8 a.m. The crash occurred on Interstate 25 at mile marker 264 near the exit for Cochiti/NM 16. The left lane of northbound I-25 was closed but the right lane remained open for traffic.
Emergency service crews were reported to be on the scene and working to clear the wreck as soon as possible. No other details were immediately available.
