Overturned vehicle blocks lanes on I-65 north near Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - An accident disrupted traffic on Interstate 65 near Indianapolis during Wednesday evening's rush hour, authorities said.

According to an alert from INDOT Traffic Wise at 5:54 p.m., a vehicle overturned along I-65 northbound near mile marker 118. The three right lanes of the interstate were blocked on a stretch from New Guion Road to Industrial Boulevard while crews responded to the scene.

The INDOT released an update Thursday morning advising drivers that all lanes were reopened.
