RIO RANCHO, NM - New information has been released regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Rio Rancho earlier this month.
According to the Rio Ranco Observer, police have now identified the victim as Lacole Dillinger of Rio Rancho. The incident took place in the area of Pine Road and Rainbow Boulevard during the overnight hours of Nov. 11-12. A passerby alerted police to the rollover wreck at about 6:15 a.m. and responding officers found Dillinger dead at the scene.
It was later determined that speed was a contributing factor in the crash.
