Traffic delays on SW side of Indianapolis due to 2 separate crashes

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Traffic was slowed on the southwest side of Indianapolis during Tuesday evening's rush hour due to two separate crashes.

According to a report by WIBC Traffic at 4:47 p.m., the accidents happened along southbound Interstate 465 from Washington Street/U.S. 40 to Kentucky Avenue.

Two left lanes of the interstate were blocked at the Sam Jones Expressway, while the left lane was blocked at Kentucky Avenue. Drivers faced delays going through the area while the accidents were being cleared.
