RIO RANCHO, NM - Rio Rancho police investigated a fatal pedestrian accident that took place last week, reports KRQE.
The incident occurred Tuesday night at the intersection of New Mexico State Road 528 and Southern Boulevard SE at about 10:09 p.m.
According to police, a woman disregarded traffic safety signals entering the intersection and was hit by multiple vehicles. She was found dead at the scene by responding police officers.
