RANDOLPH COUNTY, IN - State troopers and local law enforcement authorities responded to a deadly collision in Randolph County on Friday night, according to WXIN.
The accident occurred at the intersection of U.S. Highway 35 and County Road 900 South. Indiana State Police learned that the driver of a Cadillac disregarded a stop sign on County Road 900 South and was hit by a box truck going north on U.S. HIghway 35.
The Cadillac driver, identified as 58-year-old Michelle Elaine Moore of Richmond, died at the scene.
The ISP's crash reconstruction team and the Randolph County Sheriff's Office investigated the incident, which shut down U.S. 35 for about two hours.
