INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Two vehicles were involved in a fatal collision at an intersection in Indianapolis on Tuesday afternoon, police said.
WXIN reports the incident happened in the area of E. 62nd Street and North Sherman Drive on the city's north side shortly before 4:45 p.m. The driver and two passengers in one of the cars involved were transported to an area hospital in critical condition, and one of the victims was laeer pronounced dead. The driver of the second vehicle was treated at the scene.
Accident investigators with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were working to determine the cause of the wreck.
