Accident causes delays on I-69 southbound in Hamilton County

HAMILTON COUNTY, IN - Traffic was snarled along a stretch of Interstate 69 in Hamilton County Monday morning due to an accident.

A post by WIBC Traffic at 8:55 a.m. said that the crash occurred on southbound I-69 at Cyntheanne Road. It resulted in a truck and a trailer ending up overturned in a ditch.

The right lane of the interstate was blocked, backing up traffic for over a mile to the Hamilton County/Madison County line.
