NOBLESVILLE, IN - A serious crash disrupted traffic in the area of 146th Street in Noblesville on Wednesday afternoon.
According to an alert from WIBC Traffic at 4:29 p.m., the incident reportedly involved a dump truck and a pickup truck, causing one of the vehicles to catch fire. Injuries were reported, though there was no immediate word on who had been hurt.
The wreck shut down 146th Street from River Road to Allisonville Road. Rerouting was made more difficult due to the White River, and drivers were advised to travel north or south on River Rd./Allisonville Rd. to reach either 116th St. (Carmel) or State Road 32 (Noblesville).
