WESTFIELD, IN - Traffic was disrupted in a portion of Hamilton County Thursday morning because of a crash, WIBC Traffic said.
The incident, reported at 7:39 a.m., took place on U.S. 31 north of Westfield. U.S. 31 southbound was shut down at 191st Street while emergency crews were responding.
A ramp on the interstate was closed and traffic was being diverted at 191st Street. There was also a report that several cars became stuck in water during the delay after flooding in the area.
