Crash blocks lanes on westbound I-70 at Arlington Avenue

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - A crash caused traffic backups on the east side of Indianapolis during Monday morning's rush hour.

An advisory by WIBC Traffic issued at 8:55 a.m. said that the accident happened on westbound Interstate 70 at Arlington Avenue. The two left lanes of the interstate were blocked while emergency crews responded to clear the wreck.

Traffic was slowed going back to Interstate 465, creating delays of about a half hour.
