Crash closes lane on US-31 near Worthsville Road in Greenwood

GREENWOOD, IN - Police and firefighters in Greenwood were dispatched to the scene of a vehicle crash on Wednesday evening.

The Greenwood Fire Department posted an advisory at 5:49 p.m. that the accident occurred in the northbound lanes of U.S. 31 just before Worthsville Road. The left lane of the highway was blocked while the wreck was being cleared.

Drivers were advised to use caution when traveling through the area. The Greenwood Police Department is investigating the incident.
