Crash on I-65 slows traffic on south side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - A crash was reported to be causing traffic delays on the south side of Indianapolis on Wednesday morning.

A post by WIBC Traffic at about 8:00 a.m. stated that the accident occurred on northbound Interstate 65 at Southport Road.

The right shoulder of the interstate was blocked by multiple vehicles and one car ended up in a ditch.

Traffic was backed up to Stop 11 Road while emergency crews responded to the scene.
