HAMILTON COUNTY, IN - Authorities said three vehicles were involved in a fatal collision last Thursday on State Road 37 in Hamilton County, according to a report by WTHR.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said the driver of a Nissan Rogue had stopped on southbound State Road 37 at about 4:45 p.m. while waiting for a vehicle to turn near Strawtown Avenue. The driver of a southbound Ford Escape was approaching the stopped traffic at a high speed. The driver of the Nissan entered a ditch to avoid a collision but was rear-ended by the Ford.
