AVON, IN - Police in Avon were at the scene of an accident involving an Amazon semi-truck on Wednesday morning.
In a Facebook post at 6:11 a.m., the Avon Police Department said the truck exceeded the height standard and crashed into a bridge on Raceway Road south of US Highway 36. No injuries were reported.
The roadway was shut down and drivers were advised to avoid the area as police conducted their investigation.
