SANTA TERESA, NM - The Sunland Park Fire Department was at the scene of a fatal collision that occurred on Friday night.
According to an SPFD tweet, a semi-truck was involved in a crash with another vehicle in the area of Pete Domenici Highway and McNutt Road near Santa Teresa at about 8 p.m.
One person was killed in the accident, while another was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Four other people were transported with injuries that were regarded as life-threatening. No details were released on the identities of the victims.
