ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Two people were hospitalized Sunday night after an ATV and a motorcycle collided in Southwest Albuquerque.
According to KRQE, The ATV was driving erratically in the area of Del Rey Road and Benavides Road shortly before 10 a.m. when it was struck by the southbound motorcycle. The impact sent the ATV over the curb, crashing in front of a residence.
Both drivers were rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries. Police say neither individual was wearing a helmet when the incident occurred.
The driver of the ATV was charged with operating an off-highway vehicle on a city roadway.
