Accident in Los Volcanes leaves at least 1 injured

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Fire and police officials in west Albuquerque responded to an injury crash in the Los Volcanes area early Thursday.

According to a report by APD Traffic, the collision occurred shortly after 6 a.m. at the intersection of Los Volcanes Road Northwest and Daytona Road.

At least one victim sustained injuries as a result of the crash, the extent of which are unclear. 

Commuters in the area were urged to exercise caution and seek alternative routes as authorities worked to manage the aftermath of the incident.
