Collision involving 2 semis blocks lanes on Interstate 465 north

LAWRENCE, IN - A truck accident caused traffic delays on Interstate 465 north in Lawrence on Wednesday afternoon, WIBC Traffic reported.

The crash involving two semi-trucks occured between Pendleton Pike and East 56th Street at about 3 p.m. The three left lanes on the interstate were blocked, stopping traffic going back to Interstate 70.

Traffic on I-465 southbound was also impacted past East 56th Street as crews took over the left lane to assist with the northbound side.
