Crash causes rush-hour delays on Interstate 25 in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - A crash was slowing traffic for drivers in Albuquerque during Friday morning's rush hour, according to the New Mexico Department of Transportation.

The incident was reported at 7:46 a.m. on NMRoads.  Authorities said it happened on Interstate 25 northbound at mile marker 225 near Las Lomas Road and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue.  The left lane and left shoulder of the interstate were closed while emergency crews responded to the accident scene.

Motorists were advised to proceed with caution and expect delays through the area.
