ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Rush-hour traffic delays were reported Tuesday morning following a crash on I-40 in Albuquerque's Old Town neighborhood, according to KKOB.
The incident took place in the eastbound lanes of the interstate, between Rio Grande Boulevard and 12th Street Northwest.
